Journey Through Spanish Royal Collections

Embark on a journey through history with skip-the-line tickets to the Royal Collections Gallery. From the moment you step inside, you'll be transported back in time, beginning with the showcasing of the impressive 1495 helmet of Fernando el Católico and continuing with the striking Mühlberg harness of Carlos V from 1544. Each historical piece tells a unique story about the period and the people who lived during that time.

Artistic Excellence and Intriguing Antiquities

The experience only gets richer as you advance to the art section. Here, you'll be greeted by stunning paintings from masters such as Velázquez, Caravaggio, and Goya. One highlight is Velázquez's 'White Horse' from the period 1634 to 1638, a masterpiece that captures the majesty of the royal steeds.

As you navigate through the gallery, you'll discover how the Spanish royal family was not just a patron of the arts, but also a curator of global cultures. The Michoacán workshop's reliquary casket, for instance, hails from around 1600 and bears the artistic imprint of culture thousands of miles away.

This journey through Spain's royal history isn't just an art tour, but a trip back in time, allowing you to witness the evolution of the nation through various artifacts, paintings, and relics.
