Better to not skip the line and buy tickets at the Pantheon, as that line was a lot shorter than the line for people with tickets...

La verdad fue algo muy basico, pude comprarlo directo en la pagina del pantheon. No se por que no lo hice. El servicio donde me dieron los boletos muy amable el joven. Lo mas desagradable es ir a recoger los boletos fuera del lugar donde es el tour Deberian estar los guias/host en el area del tour.

Wir hatten erst einen Tag vorher entschieden diese Sehenwürdigkeit zu besichtigen. Es gab genug Zeitfenster zur Auswahl. Auch die Abholung des Tickets lief reibungslos obwohl wir uns einige Minuten verspätet hatten. Alles bestens gelaufen. Wir durften solange im Pantheon bleiben wie wir wollten.

The Pantheon derives its name from Greek and translates to "all the Gods" (pan = all, theos = God). The building, in fact, was dedicated to all of them and has stood as a testament to the glory of Rome for over 2,000 years. It was built by Emperor Hadrian on the site of an earlier temple commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus.

With this ticket, you can collect your audio guide at the desk inside the Pantheon, and start learning about its fascinating history on your own tour. The 35-minute audio guide will help you unravel the history of the monument, and you'll be able to find out how it came to be used as a church and a mausoleum. You'll also get to learn about the Pantheon's extraordinary architectural features such as the oculus of the huge dome.

Remember to bring your own smartphone headphones (no Bluetooth, no wireless), otherwise, you can buy them at the audioguide desk of the Pantheon.

Starting from July 3rd, it is mandatory to have an admission ticket to visit the Pantheon in Rome. The Chapter of Santa Maria ad Martyres provides, on your behalf, the admission ticket at no extra cost as part of the guided tour services.
