I couldn't bring up the app to retrieve my ticjets at the ebtrance to the museum! I called Headout in a panic and they said they could email them to me, which they immediately did! I was ecstatic! The museum was overwhelming! The works if all the masters were so life-like and stunning! Some actually brought me to teara!

We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled time, and the line at the entrance was short and moved quickly. The staff, who were very kind and efficient, welcomed us warmly. The tour suggested by the audio guide highlights the most interesting works in each section. The library is absolutely beautiful—when you walk in, it literally takes your breath away.

Smooth entry although we did have a long time to wait for them to process as we were waiting outside the museum but it worked out fine as we had prior tickets for the Van Gogh museum.

The booking went smoothly, but I didn't receive the audio guide. No one at the museum was able to help me either. They told me I would have to pay the additional fees again, but I decided against it since it was already included in your price. That was really frustrating. Otherwise, it was a great museum!
