On both the outward and return journeys, the QR codes were not sufficient for the bus driver. He asked for a printed version for the transfers. We also had to wait in front of Irt in the Blue Lagoon because the WR code could not be scanned. So absolutely impractical. We wouldn't book with Headout and the app again.

The pick up from the hostel was very easy. The Blue Lagoon was gorgeous and the facilities were great. The only thing that could have been more clearly communicated was the time of the bus that would bring us back.
