I didn’t expect much from QC Terme Milano, even though the idea of a simulated tropical downpour intrigued me enough to visit. Located right next to Milan’s historic Spanish Walls, the spa has a central yet peaceful feel. I kept my expectations low — I prefer better to stay skeptical than risk a disappointment, as it works better than the opposite. But the Spa surprised us. Tucked beside the ancient Spanish Walls, this place feels like a hidden sanctuary in the middle of the city. My daughter and I ended up loving every part of it — from the quirky concept that lured us in, to the aperitif, jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and the overall atmosphere. The design is beautiful, the staff genuinely welcoming. I especially liked the female staff uniforms: bright orange dresses with a neat, tailored shape — eye-catching and elegant without trying too hard (I didn’t notice what the men wore, to be honest.) The dresses were so Milanese, so to say). We walked out smiling, relaxed, and very glad we didn’t judge too soon.
