The guide herself was knowledgeable but as the group was around 10 people or so it became difficult for the guide to talk to all of us at the same time while rushing through the castle. At each area she would begin without waiting for anyone. The purpose of the tour within the castle was for the family to enjoy and hear the stories and engage. However the younger family founders found it hard to follow as we were busy trying not to get in the way of everyone else. The boat tour was a quick experience on the river with a brief audio. The cost of the tour was definitely over valued and I would definitely not recommend it at the value.

Booked this trip online after checking previous reviews as wanted a guided tour of castle not audio. Had reminders and meeting place easy to find with Google maps. Our guide for the castle, Karolina was brilliant- such amazing knowledge and good fun too, couldn't recommend highly enough. Did the river cruise the following day. Very relaxing during a busy walking day and good to have table service for refreshments - mulled wine helped warm us up on a freezing day. Thought this experience was great value for money and couldn't fault any of it.

We enjoyed all the historical aspects of the tour. Our guide seemed very knowledgeable. We were taken aback when we were just left at the castle with no way back, but we managed. We were disapointed that the river cruise was cancelled due to high water levels. All in all it was an awesome tour in such a beautiful city.

Our tour guide Mr Jakub was excellent. He walked us through the entire Prague Castle. He made the whole tour personal & funny! He's very knowledgeable and was detailed in his explanations. 2 Thumbs up for Jakub!
