Frederico was very welcoming and personable. He also did not make us feel bad for arriving at the last minute. He was very good at showing us the must see paintings and also able to enlarge sections of the paintings on his iPad to show us hard to see details of paintings. The only negative was that his accent was a little harder to understand than some guides and some static on the ear pods made him harder to hear. Part of the problem is we were jet lagged, had not slept on our transatlantic flight, and came straight from the airport to the tour so no reflection on him. toledo.

Absolutely one of the best museum visits ever. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia. We had visited the Prado several times before, but we learned more than we ever expected. Not only did we learn, but we are still discussing the different theories and we are discussing how his presentation opened our curiosity to other works of art in other museums that we had visited. His knowledge and delivery were anazing

From locating our guide David at the prearranged location through to the end of the tour, we were impressed. Finding the tour start was easy with the instructions given. David added a pleasant surprise to our first painting that we all chuckled at. His knowledge of art and the Prado was impressive and he toured us through lesser known pieces with more insight than we'd get on our own. Loved the tour.

I found the collection very rich and beautiful. The guide showed us hidden aspects of each work that I didn't know about. I was also able to revisit a bit of Spanish history. It's a pity I wasn't able to take any photos of the works or the details that were particularly interesting to me! So I bought the catalog, but it's not the same kind of souvenir!

Extraordinary visit thanks to AURORA, who knew how to select the most important paintings and periods and give perfectly clear and extremely complete explanations. We were a group of 4: all 4 of us came away enchanted by the visit. Bravo to the Museum and the guide!
