I liked the organization from the time I bought the tickets on the website to the time I arrived at the venue, the service at the appointed place, the clear and precise information, the guides were very polite, attentive and had a wealth of information and experience. The transportation to Pompeii in the van was excellent and had me excited for the tour. But then I was disappointed to see that our small group from Naples would join a much larger group of people (about 30 people including us, and this took some time to gather everyone together). I rather a smaller group because when in a larger group, you're forced to contend with other large tour groups and make way for each other among small areas of Pompeii and if you find yourself at the end of your tour group line opposite the tour guide, the radio/audio ear piece starts to get all static-y and go in and out, losing whatever vital information there is. The tour guide was excellent, but the tour felt rushed, there was initially no time for souvenir shopping until I asked about having just a few minutes to quickly browse, and ultimately felt I missed out on Pompeii, wishing I had more time to explore it. 2 hours is not enough time (Can't call yourself a 4 hour tour when that includes transportation and then waiting for other people to merge into the group -plus we got back to Naples 20 minutes earlier).

The tour guide was great but this is falsely advertised as a 4 hour tour. When taking off the travel to/from, then 35mins of toilet break at the beginning/end of the tour, 10mins queuing to get in and then arriving back at Naplea 10mins early, the actual tour is only 10.20 - 11.50

Our guide Alessia did a great job. She told the stories in a way that was deep enough but not too long. She kept us interested all along the two hour tour.
