A tranquil, comfortable oasis during a Singapore transit. Booking the Plaza Premium Lounge via Headout was completely seamless. Entry was instant following booking online making it a stress-free experience. What stoood out for me was: Food & Drinks: They served hot, fresh local dishes (the laksa was a highlight!) alongside a good spread of hot meals, fresh salads, and beverages. Comfort & Ambiance: Plenty of comfortable seating options with accessible power outlets for charging devices, reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet environment away from the main terminal noise. Facilities: Clean restrooms and well-maintained shower rooms, perfect for refreshing after my long flight and going on the the next. If you have a layover over this lounge is well worth it for the peace of mind, reliable workspace and hot food. Highly recommended and will definitely came back next time!

A great experience at the Premiere Lounge in Singapore. The comfort and relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect place to unwind, especially while waiting for my flight. The bar was a great touch, with a good selection of drinks and a pleasant setting to relax. What really stood out was the shower service. Having a clean and comfortable shower available was extremely convenient, especially after a long journey. It made the whole experience feel much more refreshing and comfortable. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing experience—especially for travelers looking to freshen up, enjoy a drink, and get some comfortable downtime before their flight.

I applied online and tried to scan the QR code at the machine, but it didn’t work. The machine had an option for online bookings; I thought it would be fine, but in the end I had to go back and join the queue again. My flight made me a little late for my booking time, but the staff at the reception handled it flexibly, which I really appreciated. I was happy to see fresh vegetables, though the vegetable sticks were a bit dry, which was a shame. The laksa was delicious.

I had booked from 12 noon to 3pm. I had to ask 3 people where the lounge was located. I was sent to 2 other lounges before finding Premium Plaza Lounge. Checkin worked well. We found comfortable chairs and found tasty food for our lunch. Did not take any alcohol. There were current newspapers to read. Clean bathrooms but we did not use the showers as not required. Definitely worth the money.
