I had booked from 12 noon to 3pm. I had to ask 3 people where the lounge was located. I was sent to 2 other lounges before finding Premium Plaza Lounge. Checkin worked well. We found comfortable chairs and found tasty food for our lunch. Did not take any alcohol. There were current newspapers to read. Clean bathrooms but we did not use the showers as not required. Definitely worth the money.

Very good. Attentive. Understand the need for privacy but some of the cubicles are too small for someone to try to get some rest. The food and beverages offered are very good too. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

It was a great experience to be in the Plaza Premium Lounge. I liked the shower facility which was much needed after a long flight. The lounge is peaceful, neat and clean. The food was tasty and flavorful. The staff was very helpful.

Great place to relax and watch the planes land. Good choice of food and drinks.Staff were on point cleaning away plates and glasses etc. Will definitely use again next time I'm at Changi airport

I booked a shower as I had arrived in Singapore after a 13 hour flight and found the shower area to be very clean. The food that was being served in the dining area was very bland and the options very limited.
