Until you actually see 'David' you cannot appreciate how impressive and inspiring the work really is. There is so much more to see at the Accademia Gallery and our experience was excellent with the Reserved Ticket Entry via Headout. The staff assisted to ensure we were given priority access to the Gallery, making for a great start to a wonderful experience. If you only do one Gallery/Museum in Florence, make sure yo visit Accademia Gallery.

If you had said it was in the square opposite we elukd have found it...that being said we saw 2 lads who work for you who were absolutely brilliant!! Well done to them and although we were late they sorted it all out for us .....Thankyou guys ! Didn't wait long in queue and David was well worth all the worry !! 😍

We had booked tickets online with only one person to help us pick up our tickets and direct us to the right place. The booking site is very easy to use. The meeting point was very well indicated. The person who took care of us was available and courteous. As for the self-guided tour, it filled us with wonder and emotion. Everything was perfect...thank you

Seeing Michelangelo's David up close was amazing! The skip-the-line ticket is worth it, as it's very crowded and busy

  • The Magnificent Accademia Gallery

The Accademia Gallery houses an extraordinary collection of paintings by some of history's most famous Italian artists. You can avoid the long lines that form outside the gallery by purchasing a reserved entry ticket, and also be greeted by a host. Once inside, you can explore the gallery's seven zones, each of which houses a unique collection of artworks such as paintings, sculptures, and musical instruments. Of course, Michelangelo's David, one of the world's most iconic sculptures depicting the biblical character before his battle with Goliath, can’t be missed.

Pitti Palace: The Residence Of The Medicis

As you enter the Pitti Palace through its majestic entrance, you can't help but be in awe of its immense size and splendor. The palace was commissioned in the 15th century by Luca Pitti, a close friend, and ally of Cosimo de Medici. Eventually, the Medicis acquired the palace and made it their home. As you explore the many lavish rooms of the palace, you'll uncover its secrets and learn about its unique and unconventional history.

Palatine Gallery: The Treasure House Of Medicis

After getting a taste of royalty at the State Apartments, where the Medicis lived, you can visit the Palatine Gallery. This highly ornate Baroque-style gallery is located within the palace and contains the numerous wealth and treasures the Medicis amassed over the years. The stunning artwork by Raphael, Titian, Rubens, and more, as well as the historical artifacts on show all across the gallery, are sure to leave you in awe.
