Ric was a fantastic guide. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the city and the area, made some wonderful connections to the streets we walked. He gave us a great tour and made several recommendations on things to see and places to visit, including a fabulous restaurant for lunch. We had a fun time in the tour. Side note - the tickets for the Picasso museum come via email not the app which we did not know until we asked the help line.

Entry was quite smooth as I got a QR code to my Whatsapp. I went with my kids , both minors and they didn't verify their ID , just looked at them Nd let us in. Booking with Headout was very cheap compared to other sites. There is a beautiful shop with Picasso's art prints, books and other decoratuve items. Visiting this place today is going to be a great memory. I never thought this day would come in my lifetime. Gothic Quarter's architecture and Cathedral de Barcelona are a must visit too

It was a very good tour, the tour guide Jose was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions and focus on any interests the group had. The only issue was that the tour guide company did not have my name on the list so that must've gotten lost somewhere. Thankfully they were just able to add my name. Other than that it was a good experience.

I definitely didn't want to give this experience a perfect score; it seems like the app automatically prompts you to give it the highest rating. I tried to change it but couldn't. It was one of the worst experiences ever; we had the 13th off, and this app was the only one that showed availability for Picasso on the 13th. In fact, the museum is closed on Mondays, which is why I received a message on the 12th saying the tour was canceled for technical reasons and to request a refund through the app. That’s when the nightmare began; the app wouldn’t refund us, and in the end, we went to the museum without a tour—there are no guided tours at the Picasso Museum. Long story short, lots of marketing! Buy tickets from the museum’s official website!
