One of Singapore’s most renowned eco-friendly attractions is Jurong Bird Park, where more than 5,000 birds across 400 species can be found. Holders of this e-ticket will be able to ride the tram as well. Inside the park lies the Waterfall Aviary, the site’s largest walk-in aviary. Here, over 600 birds can be found flying around the 30-meter-high waterfall. Guests can also see the residents of Penguin.
What to Expect
The park is divided into numerous zones giving you the opportunity to see birds native to countries around the globe. Here are some of our top recommendations:
Flamingo Lake: Admire the tallest flamingo species in the world in their environment at the lake and get access to scenic views of the flora around.
Wings of Asia: Get a chance to see birds that have unfortunately become rare to spot in nature because of their endangered status and learn about all conversation efforts for these feathered beauties.
Penguin Coast: Want to travel to a trembling cold environment while in a tropical country? Head to the Penguin Coast and watch penguin frolicking about in this makeshift habitat.
