The 9/11 museum is very impactful. Pieces of the previous WTC structure helped me understand the size and strength of it. Timeline explained exactly what happened. Artifacts demonstrated the impact on real people. Some of the audio was shockingly moving. Interesting discussion on the aftermath for victims. Many angles of the attack are explored. There is no discussion of the terrorists, motivations, organizations, methods, planning, their history and relationship with the USA, etc. The view from One World Observatory is incredible. We watched the sunset. The elevator ride was fun. I almost wish it was a little slower so I could enjoy the great graphics more!

Everything was perfect—very simple and efficient. We arrived early and got in right away; no lines, no problems. They didn’t ask for any ID, though they did check our backpacks, and then we went through an airport-style metal detector.
