Visiting the Statue of Liberty in New York was a wonderful and unforgettable experience! 🇺🇸 The impressive statue is a true American landmark and in person even more fascinating than you can imagine beforehand. I was especially thrilled by the breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline, the relaxing boat ride, and the unique atmosphere on-site. The entire tour was outstanding and definitely a highlight of my New York trip. Anyone visiting New York should definitely not miss this historic landmark. The Obseratory at One Workd Trade Center was very exciting and informative. It starts with the elevator ride where you see Lower Manhattan change through history right before your eyes with the video screens on three sides of the elevator car. The view from the observatory is quite breathtaking. Also, the staff give good tours and the presentation with the video screens is very informative and entertaining.

It was very easy to get tickets to attractions. The application downloaded easily and tickets were easy to access. The only thing that we did not realize were tickets to Rockefeller Center- we thought that we purchased the tickets to go go on the top of the building, but instead we purchased the walking tour around the center - which we were not interested in.

The ferry ride was great to take pictures of The Statue of Liberty. I enjoyed the time at Ellis Island. I got to walk where my Grandpa walked when he came over from Italy. I felt so sentimental. I wanted to cry! I got to see my grandparents & other relatives names on The American Immigrant Wall of Honor. It was very moving.
