The observation deck is incredible, simply divine! Getting in was super quick, the tickets were received without any issues, and we were not delayed at all. Extremely fast entry. We stayed as long as we wanted!!! We just showed the QR code and went straight in!!! The place was spotless! Gorgeous views; there were a lot of people, but that is to be expected! There was no overcrowding! Super safe! The app worked seamlessly as always!!! We have already used it in several countries and it has always worked very well for us! Highly recommended! Both the observation deck and the app! We arrived a few minutes late and they didn't make any fuss about it at all!! Honestly, whenever I buy through here, everything works out great!! It was my first time in NY and the Observatory was the coolest thing I saw. When you walk in it had a futuristic look to the interior and after going through security you went into the elevator that had a cool transition on the screens as we got to the top floor extremely fast. Then the view from the top floor was indescribable leaving my friends and I speechless. You were able to walk around freely and spend as long as you want taking it in which was amazing to get pictures with friends and of the views. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit NY!

I visited with my mom and grandmother, and it was their very first time experiencing a city full of skyscrapers. I wanted their first experience to be truly special, and honestly, it couldn’t have been any better! Super fast service, and the staff was totally friendly and helpful. We were lost and asked someone on the street for directions; to our surprise, she was an employee there! She took her time and led us straight to the doors, and she wasn't even working—she did it in her free time. Even though it was cloudy, the view was a very lovely experience, and the interactive light section before reaching the platform is incredibly beautiful and fun. I recommend it 100 out of 100.
