FamilyVerified bookingSep 20265/5Absolutely fantastic. The tour guide (Stephen) picked us up at the parking lot at the agreed-upon time. A bus had been arranged to take us to the Marienbrücke. Stephen was the best tour guide I’ve ever met. He had truly in-depth historical knowledge and was very entertaining. He explained the itinerary perfectly. The tour of the castle was also very good. We took a horse-drawn carriage ride back down into the valley. Best day ever. Customer service was also great when I had questions about the tickets. Highly recommended.KKatrin M
FamilyVerified bookingSep 20265/5The entire tour was well organized with our guide, Stephen providing detailed information on Neuschwanstein Castle as well as it builder King Ludwig. It was a very busy day but he made sure that we had time to enjoy the views from St Mary's bridge and arrive for our scheduled tour of the castle. He stayed with the group until the horse carriage arrived to transport everyone back to the village.
