Our trip to Neuschwanstein Castle was amazing! We were contacted regularly beforehand and always received up-to-date information! A magnificent castle—there’s not much more to say. It’s definitely worth a visit, no ifs, ands, or buts. Our guide, Steven, was fabulous: punctual, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He conveys passion and expertise with every word. WELL DONE! The tour went very well—from the meeting point to the bus ride up the hill to the carriage ride back down, everything was perfect.

The guide (Stephen) knew what he was talking about, it was clear he knew the history of the castle and enjoyed showing us everything. He was very helpful and made our visit to the castle unforgetable. I also enjoyed the extras, like the horse-drawn carriage down from the castle.

It was very well organized. We took a van up to the top, had a great guided tour outside the castle, and an audio tour inside—that was good, too. It was even more beautiful than I expected! I highly recommend it!
