I booked these tickets. But when I got there, the queue to go in was a mile long I saw a lady who seemed to be organising things and she said. The queue is for people who haven't booked and she took me to the front of the queue snd in I went. It pays to book and what a lovely time we had. Thank you

The guide will be holding a Vox City flag. After a quick ticket check, you can head inside with your digital map and audio guide to help you navigate the galleries.

Your guide will take you on a 30-min exterior tour before escorting you inside for a short orientation of key museum areas, including main exhibits, café, gift shop, and facilities. Then, explore the museum independently, with the audio tour.
