I booked these tickets. But when I got there, the queue to go in was a mile long I saw a lady who seemed to be organising things and she said. The queue is for people who haven't booked and she took me to the front of the queue snd in I went. It pays to book and what a lovely time we had. Thank you

The guide will be holding a Vox City flag. After a quick ticket check, you can head inside with your digital map and audio guide to help you navigate the galleries.

    Natural History Museum

    This museum houses one of the world’s most significant collections dedicated to natural history, science, and discovery. Your guide will take you on a 30-min exterior tour before escorting you inside for a short orientation of key museum areas, including main exhibits, café, gift shop, and facilities. Then, explore the museum independently, with the audio tour.
