Very bad—couldn't download the QR code, had to exchange the tickets using a hard copy with a serial number that actually printed out. The staff at the ticket counter in Italy were completely incomprehensible. I won't book through Headout again.

Simple and intuitive. It’s convenient that the ticket is printed at the machines. It would just be nice if the staff at the information desks smiled a bit more.

The ferry ride itself was great other than super crowded and nowhere to sit. The issue I had was there is no real direction on what doc to go to for the ferry to go over to Murano and Burano. So we had to kind of struggle and figure that out on our own.
