Tsubasa was such a charming and friendly guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history and culture. It was quite a large group and he kept us all well organized. We were lucky with the weather and had some great views of Mt. Fuji and the scenery from the ropeway. Highly recommended.

The Fuji day trip tour was so well organised by the tour operator - the group leader was very helpful & guiding the group 10-10 .!! From the start to the end 10-10!! Well explained & well timed.!! Our package had lunch 🥗 included ! It was just too yummy & vegetarian choice was very good !! All Places & the ropeway 🚠 & the small ride in Hakone lahe was just too good !! A scenic place to watch !! All the best.!!

The tour was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to our guide, Sora. The places we visited were incredible, and the tour was very punctual.

Accessibility

Guests with disabilities are welcome, but please note that the mountainous terrain includes steep paths and stairs, and not all areas are wheelchair accessible.

It might not be possible to complete all the activities due to poor weather, heavy traffic, or suspension of operations. The tour will be redirected to an alternate place or guests will be compensated with gifts, depending on the situation. Refunds will not be made for these unavoidable circumstances.

Seasonality: From late April to November, the tour visits Mt. Fuji 5th Station; from November to late April, stops may include Fujisan Museum, Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, or Oshino Hakkai.

If you miss the bullet train after getting off at Odawara Station, there will be no refund. Please board the next available train in the non-reserved compartment.
