The Team Labs experience was a definite highlight of our trip to Japan for our family. For an activity to captivate an 8 year old, an 18 year old and two fully grown adults is something very special. Thanks for making the ticketing process and the experience itself remarkable. Highly, Highly recommend. ❤️

Incredible place, everything futuristic, beautifully done, yet incredibly interactive and fun. The forest was our favorite with the realistic prehistoric forest and ocean with the capture and collect mobile app. Try the spicy ramen at lunch

TeamLab planets is truly immersive and beyond belief! Much better than TeamLab Borderless. Although if you have vision or balance issues, you will need someone to help you through the many dark corridors, steps, and unusual flooring. But I would do it again in a heartbeat. Buy the all day pass so you don't have too wait in the massive line for timed entrance tickets.

Skip-the-line admission is a dream. It really is skip-the-line—otherwise you’d have to wait quite a while, because it gets very crowded. We went early (before 10 a.m.), and even then there were already lines to get in—but not for us. The experience inside is wonderful; it’s definitely worth the trip—you’ll spend at least two hours immersed in it. A fantastic experience.

Great visit event for adults. Only room we didn't like was the falling flowers because it gave us vertigo. Plan at least 1.5h. More if you want to take your time. We splurged on the skip the line tickets and sake bar experience in the glass house after. Both were definitely worth it. The glass house was one of my favorite parts.

The entire exhibit was incredible! The staff were very professional and helpful, the facility was extremely clean and it was one of the most fun interactive exhibits I've visited. I especially loved the floating room.
