What to bring

• Booking confirmation: Keep your booking confirmation or digital ticket ready to validate at the station.

What's not allowed

• Pets: Dogs and other permitted animals must be kept on a lead and wear a muzzle.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: The facilities are not currently adapted for wheelchair users.

• Strollers: Strollers are permitted but may need to be folded to save space. Stairs may be required at the station.

Additional information

• Choose the correct ticket: Check your travel direction before booking. If you arrive with a downhill ticket but need to go uphill, you'll have to travel in the direction your ticket allows or purchase another ticket for the uphill journey.

• Journey duration: The cable car ride takes approximately 5 minutes, with departures about every 15 minutes.

• Ticket validity: One-way uphill and downhill tickets are valid throughout the selected day. Round-trip tickets allow the return journey within 3 days of first use.

• Attraction access: The ticket covers the selected cable car journey only. Entry to the Basilica, Montserrat Museum and other attractions is not included unless specified.

• Last departures: The last uphill departure is scheduled 15 minutes before closing, while the last downhill departure is scheduled at closing time.

• Parking: Free parking is available at the lower station, subject to space availability. An external parking area is also available for coaches and caravans.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
