The Pros - The guide Renan was super knowledgeable and engaging and took care of all the group. Umbrellas & Water provided which was nice because of the sun especially as walking tour . Pastais de Belem was amazing to learn about. The Neutral - Belem is closed for renovation ,even the outside was covered with covering and construction materials so couldn't really see it but not tour company's fault. the only negative - There is no such thing as "skip the line" ticket in the afternoons for the monestary so just bare that in mind for afternoon time tour. Our wait wasn't too long by any means but when you pay the price of skip-the-line ticket its something I think should be highlighted before purchase. You do the monestary last to reduce the chance of longer queue.

Leonoro could not have been better. She was at the meeting point ahead of schedule but not wearing a yellow shirt as advised in the meeting information - she said their company colours had changed but that Headout were not changing the instructions - confusing? Because she was so prompt we were the first group to enter the monastery and avoided some of the crowds. With her audio guide we were able hear and understand all the amazing facts about such an incredible building. She brought the history to life with a mixture of detail and humour. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and so glad we had made the booking for the early tour.

Our guide Laila was absolutely marvellous and gave us a wonderful afternoon full of emotions. With an incomparable dynamism and a perfect mastery of Portuguese history, she showed us things no book could show you, enthralled us and did it all in magical, magnificent places. Not to mention the little sweet surprise, the excellent Pastel de Nata that we were able to taste. Thanks again Laila!

We had a great time on our tour with Renan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and engaged us all during the tour. We were able to "skip the line" to enjoy pastel de nata in Belem and skipped the line at the monastery. This was definitely worthwhile since the it was hot out and the lines went down the street. The architecture and design of the monastery is so intricate and beautiful.. you can see something different around each corner.

We very rarely do guided tours. As a photographer I find that the pressure of keeping up with a guide and the group while doing justice to the subject matter, too much. However, this was not really the case yesterday owing to our excellent and highly informative guide Renan and his relaxed and well paced style. It was a great experience and very good value which I would highly recommend to other travelers.

Frederico was our guide and he was outstanding, excellent, superb can't praise him enough. He set the Whole visit in the context of the time with the history and relevance. It made such a difference. He kept us all captivated for over 2 hours. The monastery is a beautiful building but would have been quite meaningless without his commentary.

The tour of Jerónimos Monastery with Freddi was really good. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he had a passion for Portuguese history. The Monastery is worth visiting and is so beautiful. It's so much better when you have someone giving you the history behind it.

I don't usually like guided tours but this was well worth it. Our guide was great and we were able to get into the monastary and church before most other people on the morning of our tour. I would recommend booking with this group.
