I really enjoyed the views and commentary - we were able to see the london skyline and enjoy a coffee at the same time!! We were really impressed with the smoothness of the journey and the way the skipper steered the boat. The lines were long but moved quickly and the staff were all very helpful. It was great to see so much of london from the river. The history of the bridges were explained very well - helping us to understand how much London has changed over the years. We were grateful to make use of the hop on hop off experience, which allowed us to see The Globe Theatre, London Eye, The Tower of London as well as enjoy the afternoon at the Greenwich Market! A fantastic trip and I would do it over and over again!

we weren't able to download the app to show our tickets, but staff were very helpful and checked us in another way. The trip out to Greenwich was amazing. Interesting and amusing commentary and the views from the river really good. Much more relaxing way to see some of London than fighting through the streets! On the way back we sat inside - the seats are more comfortable and the views still awesome. Commentary on the way back was pretty much the same jokes etc. and sounded more like a learned script than the spontaneity on the way out - would be a big improvement if each person had their own script suited to their personality rather than a generic speech. Having said that, was a good experience and would definitely use again.

Loved the ease of booking and being able to hop on and off at my own leisure. The staff were great and I learnt some great things about london on the journeys. My little girl enjoyed it a lot too. Excellent way of getting around london amd seeing a the sights. The only negative was the price of drinks. I paid £12 for a can of fanta and a can of pimms on board which i felt was extremely pricey

So the experience that I had was awesome to say the least !
