Thought the guide was very knowledgeable and we loved seeing the pix. I wish we would have known in advance that the church was closed mid-day. I would have picked another time.

The Last Supper itself was spectacular. What was mediocre was the signage n directions to find the guide. The image that was sent of the meeting point doesn't correspond with the exact address. Furthermore, there are many different partners using the same agency. The representative was not prompt and did not hold the sign in a conspicuous manner. She was also unaware that many different groups were on her list and told people that they weren't part of the group when they actually were. Clients should also be told what the process will be ahead of the tour. We were told to meet at 415om for the 430pm tour but our tickets were for 5:15pm. It was therefore confusing why we were waiting around and then told to produce our IDs n collect the tickets from the ticketing office. These initial impressions are very important to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

A pesar de que la experiencia era en Inglés (en español estaba agitada para ese dia), el trato y la atenciòn recibida por el guìa (Jony creo que era su nombre) fue expectacular. La experiencia en general muy cara (la entrada en la web oficial cuesta 25€, pero claro, se agotan a la velocidad de la luz) pero muy buena.
