What to bring

• Ticket voucher and ID: Display your mobile voucher with a valid photo ID at the Skyline Luge ticketing counter for entry.

• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing and covered-toe shoes suitable for outdoor rides.

What's not allowed

• Unaccompanied small children on Luge: Children under 6 years and under 110cm in height cannot ride the Luge alone.

• Unaccompanied small children on Skyride: Children under 135cm in height cannot ride the Skyride alone; the minimum height with an adult is 85cm.

Accessibility

• Pregnancy and medical conditions: This activity is not recommended if you are pregnant or have conditions that increase injury risk.

Additional information

• Age and height pairing: Children who do not meet solo height rules can ride the Luge with an adult using a Child Doubling ticket bought on-site.

• Track choice for young kids: Children under 8 years old are advised to stay on the Jungle (Red) Track, which is clearly signposted.

• Redemption timing: Online tickets can be redeemed at Skyline Luge Singapore only 24 hours after purchase, with a 30-minute grace period.

What's not allowed

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: This activity is not suitable for wheelchair users, as participants must wear and use safety harnesses.

• Health and participation: You cannot take part if you are pregnant, have certain medical conditions, or are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medicine.

• MegaZip size limits: MegaZip requires a minimum weight of 30kg, a maximum weight of 140kg, and a minimum height of 90cm.

• MegaZip tandem option: Children under 30kg can ride MegaZip only in tandem with an adult.

• Arrival time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your slot for the mandatory safety briefing and harness fitting.
