What’s not allowed

• Certain types of clothing like sleeveless tops, shorts, and mini-skirts, are not permitted.

• Large bags, suitcases, and backpacks are not allowed.

• Consumption of food and drinks is not permitted inside the Chapels.

• Photography is prohibited inside the Medici Chapels. However, you can click photos inside the San Lorenzo Church and the Medici Palace.

Accessibility

• This tour is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available in the Medici Chapels and Basilica of San Lorenzo.

• Accessible restrooms and lockers are also available

Additional notes

• Dress appropriately for places of worship. Cover shoulders and knees otherwise you will not be allowed to enter.

• The Medici Chapels are equipped with toilets and restrooms, including wheelchair accessible washrooms. Changing tables are also available.

• A limited number of lockers are available to store belongings.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
