We comfortably saw the main sights with great commentary. The elevated position on the upper deck also offered fantastic views. Unfortunately, the bus stops were hard to find, and we had to spend the first 20 minutes on the lower deck because there was no room upstairs. Downstairs, unfortunately, due to the design of the bus, we saw absolutely nothing.

It was very easy to purchase the tickets and redeem them when boarding. I liked the different routes, and the buses had a good frequency. It is indeed easy to get confused with the different tour companies because the buses look very similar.

I loved the tour; we took it with my parents, who are 80 and 85, and they really enjoyed it. We did all three routes. We preferred not to get off the bus. At the stops, we made all three connections at the starting point.

Everything was going smoothly! The drivers were so nice, the buses arrived right on schedule, and the headphones instructions were easy to understand. The only hiccup was that we were a group of about 10 people waiting at the bus stop, and it never showed up. We called customer service, and they said there was still one more bus to come, so we waited for 20 more minutes, but it still didn’t arrive. I tried downloading the app that lets you track your bus in real time, but it didn’t work! We ended up taking an Uber, which was more expensive.

The language that had been announced - Dutch - was not available. Another language did not match the indicated number and was very unclear.
