The booking, the quick access, and the assistance (since we had a wheelchair)—everything was perfect. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I’d even say they’re caring. The London Eye is breathtaking at sunset. A beautiful view of Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, not to mention the rest of the city. As for the museum, a really enjoyable mix of attractions and exhibits. We were delighted with our experience.

Madame Tussauds is definitely worth a visit. We got a discount through Headout, and we were allowed in at the scheduled time. So we didn’t have to wait in line for long. The tickets for the London Eye were valid for up to 3 months after activation (upon entry to Madame Tussauds), but it’s still better to select a time slot; here, we did have to wait in line for about an hour to get in. But this attraction is definitely worth doing as well.

Tussaud's was absolutely amazing. It was just the best place to be on a wet, miserable rainy day. Staff are lovely and you can photograph yourself with the stars

We weren't quite on time at Madame Tussauds, but were still able to join the nearest possible queue. There were a lot of visitors, but we got lost and had a lot of fun. The ride on the London Eye Ferris wheel was the highlight of the day with a beautiful blue sky and a great view over London.
