Booking with Headout was fantastic; everything went great, and the tickets were cheaper. We took the boat tour on the Thames and rode the London Eye. We barely had to wait in line at the London Eye, since it moves very quickly. The boat ride was a really pleasant experience since we went on a sunny day! But I would have liked the option to buy a ticket for the full circuit, not just a one-way ticket.

A must-try experience!!! From the London Eye, you get a beautiful bird's-eye view of the city, and there's plenty of time to take lots of photos during the ride. The cabins are clean and comfortable. There’s a long line, but as long as you stick to the scheduled time, it moves quickly. The view from the Thames is also lovely, and the cruise is relaxing. Just remember to download the app with the audio guide if you don’t speak Italian. I highly recommend this combo!

Really easy to book and to get there. Cruise was fantastic, guy who was telling through microphone did really great job. It was pleasure to listen en watch. We were late for out time slot for London Eye. It was not a problem, we were allowed to get it. Nice done, easy.

Loved the boat ride on the river Thames. The crew member narrating, Lee, was very entertaining! Unfortunately, the London eye closed for technical difficulties right as we got to it. Had we booked directly through the London eye, we could have immediately gotten a refund. Since we booked it through a third party, Headout, we had to request the refund through them and wait to get the refund about 3 days later.

Both events were a wonderful experience in the sunny weather... I just thought the London Eye ticket included priority entry and that the boat ride was round-trip... Since I booked it weeks ago, I can't say for sure if I misread it or... Anyway, you should definitely pay attention to that when booking!
