CoupleVerified bookingJan 20251/5The tour itself was very good, we understood that it had to be rushed to allow time to see everything that was included in the package. Our big dissatisfaction, and I'm not going to recommend you to anyone, was when we stopped at Stonehenge and from the site to the bus we had to take a van back to the parking lot. We queued 30 minutes in advance and I don't know what happened but the van stopped coming for a while and we were going to be late, but by some divine grace I had taken the number of the girl who was in the group and told her to let the guide know what was happening and that's when she waited for us. We were 10 minutes late, not 30, not an hour, and if it hadn't been for this girl she would have left us in the middle of nowhere, with no transport to get back, without even checking what had happened. When you have to get back on the bus and you have to rely on your own legs, we fully agree, but in this situation we had to rely on the van. Thank God they didn't leave us, but I kept thinking, imagine if they had? Imagine if it was my parents? No Internet, no money, only cards, no phone? I think you should review these rules because the tour, which was supposed to be good, was stressful, uncomfortable just imagining that she was going to drop us off for 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!HHeadout Guest
