Getting started

Arrive at the VIP Desk inside the London Eye Ticket Office at least 30 mins before your scheduled time for priority check-in. After a brief welcome, you’ll be guided to your shared pod, where your host will introduce the experience and outline the highlights.

Step aboard one of London’s most recognisable landmarks, opened in 2000 and now a symbol of the city’s skyline. This experience combines a traditional British Afternoon Tea with panoramic views of the River Thames and iconic sites.

Double rotation: Enjoy two full rotations (one hour total) for extended views of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and St Paul’s Cathedral from above the city.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, oversized luggage, and outside food and drinks are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the pods and throughout the London Eye premises.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible; a maximum of two wheelchair users are permitted per pod, with adjusted group sizes.

Accessible toilet facilities are available next to the VIP Desk and should be used before check-in.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Please arrive at the VIP Desk inside the London Eye Ticket Office at least 30 mins before your experience. Late arrivals may miss the first 30 mins (first rotation) and cannot re-join after leaving.

The experience includes two full rotations (one hour) on the London Eye; guests may leave after the first rotation but cannot rejoin.

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menu options are available; specify dietary needs when booking.

Toilet facilities are located next to the VIP Desk and should be used before check-in.
