’m afraid of heights and was really nervous about getting on the London Eye, but to my surprise, it was very steady. And the speed was just right for taking in the views and snapping plenty of photos. So I was able to take in the whole of London. The weather was lovely that day – the sky was blue – so it was a wonderful experience. I was with a friend whom I was meeting again after more than 30 years apart, but I’ll be back at the London Eye with my husband and my two children;

We had booked for 6:00 PM and arrived 15 minutes early, as stated on the tickets. So the line wasn't long at all. We were able to take a photo while waiting. The ride lasts 30 minutes, which gives plenty of time to take in London from above in the best possible way. I recommend this tour with my eyes closed!
