CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5So I visited the London eye for the first time with someone special, and I must say that I do not regret any moment of it. I was first scared when I got there and saw the huge crowd lined up waiting to get in, however the staffs organisation, respect and communication got everyone moving and I had the best experience. Getting into our should I say our allocated pod, it was exquistely clean and well air conditioned which made our experience more enjoyable despite the hot weather. All through the experience, we were communicated with and made comfortable and I could see all measures were taken for our safety too. Getting to the highest peak, I so much appreciated the view and it all made sense why it was called the London Eye, as I could see almost everything. It was so beautiful and alluring. The members of staff were very friendly, and I really appreciated the fact that we were encouraged to take a picture which I so much fell in love with. I was so engrossed with the view and taking everything in my memories that I didn't remember to take any pictures. The souvenirs were so lovely and had a very good quality and content to them, and since my experience, I have always found myself looking at them every now and then. Finally, I say a big kudos to the booking site used as they were the first point of contact and made the whole experience an easy and memorable one. I did love to visit again at night time🥰MMark B
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/57/6/26 We arrived early to check out waiting times and luggage storage as we were told you couldn't take bags. This is not the case, a very welcoming gentleman explained this to us and and after a brief conversation we were upgraded to almost immediate entry and for just £10 tickets for Sea Life, which we had 90 days to use. His customer service was first class. I recommend going early, we were there just before 11am and with the earlier entry we were ahead on our day by a full half hour. It's definitely one of thee to do things on your trip to London. Fantastic views of almost every landmark. Would recommend this to anyone.MMagnus J
FamilyVerified booking5 days ago4/5It was very smooth once we reached the end of the queue. The staff was very nice except for at the veruy end where they've obviosuly been istructed to push the photo very hard. That was a bit annoying, but I don't blame the workers. It was obviously the work of the owners of the means of production. Like all reasonable communists I would never blame the opressed class and always point the finger at the correct culprit, namely the capitalist who deserves to rot op in jail and endless suffering in the afterlife. Other than that it was great ride :) I can recomment it to everyone.EElaine C
SoloVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Yes enjoyed & yes manage to walk over the glass bridge. It was a shame that you couldn't do the engine room first or be given the option. You walk to middle of bridge for entrance to Tower bridge then when that's finished you have to walk all the way back & down steps yet again to then go to engine room. The lifts weren't working I thought it could be great to be given a choose which way you choose to do it as we were also doing Tower of London & then we had to then walk across again so for me it would of been better doing Engine room firstWWesley D
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5There was a really long line outside beforehand, but we still got in quickly and smoothly. Once inside, everyone was very helpful. The musical itself was definitely worth it. Great actors and excellent music and singing. However, because some scenes took place a bit higher up, we couldn’t see everything clearly from our seats toward the back of the auditorium. We were looking up at the ceiling of the “balcony” above us. Still, we had a fantastic evening.
Save with this combo and experience London’s skyline from the Eye and Tower Bridge, including access to the historic Engine Rooms.
