My visit to the London Eye with Headout was a really memorable experience from start to finish. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and I received clear instructions right after purchasing my tickets, which made everything stress-free. What stood out most was how smooth the entire experience felt on the day of the visit. The entry process was well-organized, and having pre-booked tickets saved a lot of time. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive atmosphere. As for the London Eye itself, the views were absolutely stunning. Seeing London from above—especially landmarks like Big Ben, the Thames, and the city skyline—was unforgettable. The capsule was clean, spacious, and comfortable, allowing plenty of time to take photos and just enjoy the moment.

A wonderful experience with Headout! The booking process was quick and intuitive, and we received our tickets instantly—which is very reassuring when planning a trip. Once we arrived, everything was well-organized and the staff was friendly, making our visit to the London Eye smooth and stress-free. We went at the end of the day, and the view at sunset was absolutely stunning, with all of London gradually lighting up. The ascent is gentle, which really gives you time to admire every viewpoint and take incredible photos. It’s a must-do activity that’s well worth the price, especially for a first-time visit. I highly recommend this experience!

Arriving early helps—but only if you book your ticket in advance. The line to exit the tower was really very long... There are plenty of stairs to climb. For kids, there’s a stamp hunt (why only for kids?) at various spots throughout the towers. The highlight was, of course, the glass floor, though stepping onto it definitely takes some courage. The engine room is a short walk from the towers, just around the corner. There, you can marvel at the art of construction and engineering. The smell of lubricating oil and the highly polished parts have a certain charm and also make for great photo opportunities.

Visited the London Eye today as part of a tour group and it was definitely a highlight of the trip. The whole experience was smooth and well-organized, and the gradual rotation gives you plenty of time to take in the views without feeling rushed. The views over London are absolutely stunning—you get a panoramic look at the city’s landmarks, the Thames, and the skyline stretching out in every direction. It’s a great way to get your bearings and appreciate just how big and historic the city is.

Booking was very easy. I received a WhatsApp message with the ticket. There’s a sign at the line outside the entrance showing which time slot is currently being served. Even though it was Easter break, we didn’t have to wait long. They only let a few people in at a time, so there’s plenty of space inside. You can go through at your own pace. There are restrooms inside the towers. A free audio tour is also available. It’s very interesting. So don’t forget your headphones.

Ate at the Vault then visited the bridge and engine room. My elder brother has mobility issues and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I have been over the bridge many times but great to see it from other angles. There is a lift to get from the bridge to the engine room level and back. Just ask the staff.

Everything went very smoothly. Thank goodness we arrived 30 minutes early, and even then we still had to wait in line. At first glance, there’s only one central viewing platform, but the truth is that it’s an experience best enjoyed standing up and moving around the space to see the city from different angles—the views are absolutely stunning. We had to go through a pretty thorough security check before going up. It was very nice, but it’s expensive, and the only thing there is the views. We’ve already had the experience, but I wouldn’t do it again.
