’m afraid of heights and was really nervous about getting on the London Eye, but to my surprise, it was very steady. And the speed was just right for taking in the views and snapping plenty of photos. So I was able to take in the whole of London. The weather was lovely that day – the sky was blue – so it was a wonderful experience. I was with a friend whom I was meeting again after more than 30 years apart, but I’ll be back at the London Eye with my husband and my two children;

It was with my favourite person and duch a classic thing to do while in London. The view was reaching the horizon and almost all of London could be seen. We surprisingly met people from our own country and took each others photos, all while enjoying the nice and comfortable ambient the light music was ensuring. Thank you to the London Eye for the special memory we will treasure!

This was honestly such a beautiful and memorable experience, especially because I went with my friend and got to enjoy it together. ❤️ We actually booked the tickets quite last minute, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything turned out to be so smooth and well organised. From the moment we arrived, the entry process was easy and straightforward. The security checks were also handled really well, and although they were thorough, everything moved smoothly without feeling stressful or unnecessarily long. One of the highlights for me was the incredible view of London from above. The ride was a little slow, but I actually loved that because it gave us plenty of time to properly take everything in. You could slowly look around and enjoy almost a 360° view of London rather than everything passing by too quickly. Seeing the city from that height was genuinely breathtaking, especially spotting the iconic Big Ben and the London skyline. We also got our pictures taken, which made the experience even more special. It was lovely having proper photos to remember the day, especially because I was there with my friend. We spent the time taking pictures, looking at the views, laughing and just enjoying the moment together. Even though we booked at the last minute, the whole experience felt organised from beginning to end. There was no confusion and we never felt rushed. Everything was easy, and we could simply enjoy being there. For me, it wasn’t just about seeing London from above — it was about sharing that moment with my friend and making a memory that I’ll genuinely remember. If you’re visiting London, I would definitely recommend doing this, especially around Big Ben. The views, the atmosphere, the photos and the experience of seeing London from a completely different perspective make it absolutely worth it. 🇬🇧❤️

We had booked tickets online in advance to visit Tower Bridge on a Friday at 4:30 PM. In hindsight, this wasn't necessary because you could easily buy tickets at the ticket office until 5:00 PM. The website stated that you should be there at least 15 minutes early, otherwise you wouldn't be allowed in due to your personal time slot. This caused us a lot of stress because our flight was unfortunately delayed by hours. We ended up arriving fifteen minutes 'late' at Tower Bridge, despite skipping checking in at our hotel. We were still allowed inside with our reservation, as long as you entered before 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, our suitcase wasn't allowed inside and there was nowhere to store it. We were sent to a location at the end of the bridge where they supposedly allowed it, but unfortunately, we walked there for nothing. As a result, one of us didn't go inside in order to stay with the suitcase. That made our experience a bit less enjoyable. However, the visit itself was very special and fun. The glass floor was probably the best part. The engine room is beautifully presented for those who are interested. It really has the feel of a museum visit. Personally, I'm not that into it, so I walked through it quickly.

An absolutely brilliant experience and an absolute must-see on any trip to London! The view from Tower Bridge is simply magnificent, and the glass floors on the walkways are a spectacular highlight with a real thrill. The subsequent visit to the historic engine rooms is also extremely impressive and provides fascinating insights into the bridge's mechanics. To finish off, the souvenir shop invites you to browse through some really lovely keepsakes. A completely successful experience and highly recommended! Ein absolut geniales Erlebnis und ein absolutes Must-See bei jedem London-Besuch! Die Aussicht von der Tower Bridge ist schlichtweg großartig, und die Glasböden in den Fußgängerwegen sind ein spektakuläres Highlight mit Nervenkitzel. Auch der anschließende Besuch der alten Maschinenräume ist extrem beeindruckend und bietet faszinierende Einblicke in die Technik der Brücke. Zum Abschluss lädt der Souvenirshop mit wirklich schönen Erinnerungsstücken zum Stöbern ein. Rundum gelungen und sehr zu empfehlen!
