I had such a great time visiting The London Dungeon! The whole experience was spooky, funny, and full of surprises — the actors were incredible and really brought the stories to life. I loved how each scene had amazing special effects and dark humor, making it both educational and entertaining. Booking through Headout was super easy, and I received my tickets instantly with no issues at the entrance. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’d definitely use Headout again for my next attraction in London!

Great actors' performances, attention to every detail that introduced us to important and scary details from London's past - the complot to assasinate King James the First, witch hunts, the plague, Jack the Ripper. So many details, from scents to visuals and sounds, all of them interesting, scary, horrorific and - educational.

I had a bit of a tummy problem while doing the experience and the staff never hesitated to help me especially Monica who did her best to really guided me through going to the toilet and going back to continue the experience thus still letting me get my money's worth despite the problem. I greatly appreciate the effort!

    The London Dungeon is one of the best attractions I’ve visited in London.     We didn't make it much past the entrance as our son freaked out. He is autistic and while he generally enjoys things like that in that moment he didn't know what to expect and had a total meltdown. The young man at the doors (Dre)l I think his name is), was amazing. He took the time to try and explain to my son what he could expect. He reassured him and very quickly built up a rapport with our boy. We got as far as having our photos taken but we didn't get to do the dungeons in the end it was just too much for our son but Dre cleared it with his managers and took us through into Shrek's adventure instead. We had a fun adventure in there and then returned to the dungeons and Dre was there, immediately asking our son if he had enjoyed himself. We ended up purchasing our photos from the dungeon even though we didn't make it in because I'd the customer service we received which was beyond anything we had ever experienced before. The best part. ..Dre had only been working at the dungeons for a week. What an incredible asset. Thankyou Dre. You made our trip!
