GroupVerified bookingLast week5/5+Wonderful zoo. Well laid out. Incredible variety of animals, birds and reptiles. Lots of seating and shade. Arrived at 8.30, parking easy and close to entrance. -Would benefit from water refill stations. Sea lion show not worth the effort/time out of the day (had to get there an hour early to get a seat, in full sun, 5min show dragged out for 20mins). Need more staff to keep people from stepping over barriers (almost every photo I took of hippos included the same child with his face pressed against the glass)HHans M
GroupVerified booking5 days ago5/5Easy to make a reservation. Access to the site is very well organized, whether for parking or for entering the zoo. The different exhibits are very well explained. As for the rest areas and food options, everything is also perfect. The only minor drawback: Although it’s a zoo, it would be nice to have some botanical information as well. All in all, a wonderful experience.TTeata T
FamilyVerified bookingYesterday5/5The app is easy and simple to use. We paid less than the regular price for our tickets. We loved the zoo and had a wonderful day! It was great!EElise D
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5It's a beautiful park; it takes a full day to see it all, and the misters are a welcome relief if you arrive early enough.DDelalande F
CoupleVerified booking3 days ago3/5It's a really beautiful place, but the signage is really poorly done. On the map provided at the entrance, the numbers for the different plots are arranged so randomly that it’s a real hassle to find one, and when you’re standing right in front of it, the number isn’t even posted. The signs are sometimes insufficient and unclear.
Enjoy a seamless, all-in-one wildlife adventure with easy access to shows and effortless park travel via cable car.
Getting started
Arrive at the park entrance at your selected time and present your mobile ticket for scanning. Standard security checks will be conducted at entry. No ID is typically required unless stated on your voucher. Once validated, you’re free to explore the park at your own pace.
