I took the tour on my scooter because I have limited mobility. Access and exit are easy through the exit door, where they set up a small access ramp, and as soon as you enter, there’s a spot reserved for wheelchairs. You can actually skip the Blue Tour in Porto. The Red Tour provides a good overview of the old town, though you could easily explore its main sights on foot. The information provided on the bus was very sparse. The night tour is interesting.
