Friendly staff and comfortable, regular buses, which I enjoyed on both days. The app is really useful to see where buses are at any time. The time of arrival at the bus stop wasn't always 100% accurate, but it gave me a good idea. It would be great if the commentary could be updated as sometimes the person speaking sounded a little bored. But overall I would recommend this tour.

I took the tour on my scooter because I have limited mobility. Access and exit are easy through the exit door, where they set up a small access ramp, and as soon as you enter, there’s a spot reserved for wheelchairs.
