Easy booking procedure and a great day out. I visited legoland for my daughters 4th Birthday. The staff were brilliant and made my little girls day very special. The park was a great experience with so much to do that it was difficult to fit it all in for one day. I would recommend to anyone with young children.

We didn't have too many long queues( between a couple of minutes and 30 mins) as the UK schools haven't broken up yet, and we took our own picnic so avoiding the elevated food prices. Unfortunately, there were no chocolate ice creams which was a disappointment for one of the twins. This was our first visit to Legoland and it was a birthday gift for our 7 year old grandchildren. They really enjoyed Drench Towers, despite there being a 20 minute time limit when we got there, and the roller coaster rides, and the Deep Sea Adventure. The Haunted House ride finished early because someone was taking photos. This was one of the longer queues we experienced so we didn't repeat it. Also, the Ninjago Ride didn't work for us. Miniland was wonderful.

Signage to the car parks are not very clear on entry. Food pricing is far to pricey, the rides are a little dated when you compare with other theme parks. Overall we did enjoy the day but the park itself is very average and I feel it definitely needs some investment for improvement and a review of pricing for food and drinks, it's very disrespectful when customers have already paid a lot of money for parking and tickets for the whole family to get in the the park. My 6 year old son enjoyed the driving school the most, photo attached - we also purchased an over priced driving license for him - also a little over priced in my opinion

Firstly the ticket which we got was with full clarity like date time and details about scanning. It was easy to get inside as I could show from mobile pdf ticket even if there is no network. After getting inside life was smooth throughout the park.

It is sn amaxing place, we had do much fun, rides snd expetienced for everyone. The opening times could be longer, especially in summer time during school holidays, 10 to 5 is not enough to explore snd enjoy everything that the park has to offer.
