Recomiendo totalmente coger tour a ir por libre, te ahorras colas de entrada y el guía es muy necesario para entender bien la visita, sobre todo en el segundo campo (el de exterminio) en el que no hay información impresa. Fue una experiencia sobrecogedora y muy interesante. Frente a otras ofertas turisticas culturales, creo que esta es la más interesante de Polonia (!) Eso sí, nos faltó que la guía fuera un poquito más despacio porque la información es MUY densa, y que el descanso durara más de 10min porque no nos dió tiempo a comer nada ni prácticamente a ir al baño. Tampoco estaría mal que te dieran una botellita del agua, pues son 7h de visita y es un gesto amable.

The pick up and drop of from the hotel was spot on. The minibus was comfy and clean, the driver was polite. When booking the tickets we selected 08:10 pick up.09:30 was the arrival time. 11:15 arrival. Tour started at 11:30, and where completed by 1525. The lady tour guide was very quiet, didn't matter so much around first tour as we had headphones and she had a mic, but part 2 she didn't have these and was hard to hear. Throughout the whole first part we where constantly being chased by other tour groups and that interfered with our interactions. Just too many tours doing same route.

It was incredible, from Adam, our driver, to our guide (whose name I don't remember), they were impeccable. The guide, in every moment he introduced us to the history that happened there, managed to convey a vibe that went beyond words; every phrase, every word had a very strong impact. Adam, the driver, was spectacular, always concerned about the people. The pick-up location was spot on. The only negative thing to point out is that the break to eat something was only 15 minutes, but it wasn't something that spoiled the tour.

The tour was fab from pick up the driver was very informative and once getting to Auschwitz the guide was very good and got me very interested in what she had to tell us. very kind and concerned about her group on how they were reacting to what she was telling us about the terrible things that happend there and at there

No fault with this company,easily able to book on the website then received confirmation and a message with an itinerary with minutes. They were on time well slightly early to pick us up we got there in good time to use the bathroom and get a coffee,the rest went very smoothly highly recommend them.

Our driver Bartek was brilliant, door to door service, and escorted us safely to Auschwitz where he waited with is to meet Katchya our guide. Both were great, and Bartek kept in contact with us ti ensure he was there when the tour finished. Excellent experience, brilliant service, thank you.

Brillant, learnt so much from tour guide, he was so cool, but he told us everything, omg im speechless what happened, i never got taught this at school and maybe it should be taught at school for history lessons, i am nearly 50 and it should be part of english schools for there gcses exams

We were contacted and given full information on who our driver would be, and the vehicle collecting us from the hotel. Piotr looked after us, and made sure we met up with the guide. He even arranged for a packed lunch for us, which was excellent value for money.
