Tourguide was knowledgeable but the factoey has nothing about Schindler and his saving work or more about him. It was just pictures of the war. We watched the movie and were inspired by his work now to dins put this "factory" is nothing about that. If I would be a living damily member I would be hurt and insulted that thousands of people come To visit Schindler and they dont get what they payed for. This is history and besides one room called "office" norhing about this man who saved thousands. Maybe to reco sider the tour and name of this place. Very dissaapointed like all from my geoup and those we spoke to.

The guide was very good, obviously know a lot about the topic and had a lot of interesting things to say. He seemed to be personally interested in the issue and could always answer questions. The group was also of a good size. It could appear a bit expensive but was well worth the money.

Joanna was very good with her history as she patiently answered all our questions at the end. She gave us good insights into the living conditions of the Jews during WWII. Small and often missable plaques became very interesting during the tour.

Our guide was like an encyclopaedia and extremely friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this tour and the guide whose name I think was Anna, but took her daughter with her. Value for money absolutely

I really enjoyed this tour , it was all very straight forward form booking to the tour itself . Very interesting and informative experience with a very knowledgeable tour guide. I would definitely recommend.

La fila non c'era e ho dovuto aspettare l'orario preciso scritto nel biglietto, non mi hanno fatto entrare neanche 10 minuti prima come scritto nella mail. A parte questo il museo è molto interessante e moderno con presenza di fonti multimediali che lo hanno reso particolarmente attraente. Ho potuto visitare anche la piccola mostra temporanea sui bambini nel periodo di guerra che ho trovato molto bella.

Ottima la prenotazione salta fila vista la cosa dei visitatori in attesa fuori! Consiglio però la visita guidata perché c'è davvero tanto da vedere ed è comodo avere qualcuno che attiri l'attenzione sulle cose importanti.

Imprescindible hacer la visita guiada ya que por libre no comprenderías todo lo que allí exponen. La explicación unida a la historia que cuenta el guía es muy entretenida y completa. Muy recomendable la visita con guía

La combinación de la mina de sal de Wieliczka y la fábrica de Schindler ofrece un recorrido sumamente completo y dinámico que optimiza el tiempo de viaje de manera excelente. La caminata subterránea por las profundidades de la mina resulta visualmente impactante, destacando especialmente las asombrosas esculturas y la imponente capilla tallada por completo en bloques de sal. Por otra parte, la posterior visita histórica a la emblemática fábrica aporta una perspectiva conmovedora, profunda e indispensable para comprender el contexto de la ocupación en Cracovia durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. El transporte privado entre ambos puntos fue cómodo, puntual y eficiente, mientras que el guía turístico demostró una gran preparación y amabilidad. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendada para viajeros interesados en la historia y la cultura.

The salt mine, located about 14km from Krakow city centre, involves descending and ascending approximately 800 steps.
