The guide David was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting, he made the tour flow and gave us opportunities of seeing the museum at its finest and didnt rush us before seeing the section he ws tslking about. David also gave us time to ask questions if we wanted too. David gave us an insight and emotion of what the Jewish people and Krakow people wrnt through when the occupation of the Germans took them. It was also interesting to find out what Osker Shindler did to help the Jewish workers escape and how he supported them during and after with his wife. Also it was nice that the museum had original artifacts also to bring the story alive with David. It was also interesting to what tje Krakow and Polish people were doing and how hard it was for them during the occupation. I would definitely recommend this tour skd David as a guided tour person .

Our visit was made all the more poignant and meaningful by our absolutely amazing guide. Although I can’t recall her name, I will be adding the date and time of our tour so that she can hopefully be identified. Her passion for the subject was evident throughout, and her incredible knowledge brought the history to life in a way that was both deeply moving and thought-provoking. She explained everything with such care and sensitivity, helping us gain a much deeper understanding of the events and the people whose lives were affected. It was an incredibly emotional experience, and her guidance made it all the more powerful and memorable. We are so grateful to her for sharing her knowledge and passion with us. She truly made this visit something we will never forget. Thank you for such an outstanding and moving experience. Wednesday 14th October 4pm

There was a lot of information to take on board so we're very pleased to have had a guided tour. This way felt more manageable to take in the information. However, due to the size of the group, and number of groups going around at one time, there wasn't much time to stop and reflect on what we had been told, or to properly look at photographs or items as we headed off to the next part. All in all though, we felt we got great value from our guide and we would recommend. The booking process and communication was simple and easy too. Thank you.

Genuinely interesting tour at such an iconic location. Joining up with the tour was easy and efficient. We had Thomas as a guide and he was both passionate and informative. He spoke in great detail about the occupation of Krakow and used stories from his own family that really bought the story to life. Most of the tour is about the occupation with the last 15 minutes about Schindler and the role he played. Easily the best tour guide we had during our stay in krakow and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful guide who related a terrific narrative history of Jewish population in Krakow up to end of WWII. Of note: although the tour takes place in an excellent interactive museum occupying his factory, Schindler's role in saving his Jewish workers and others took up only the last 15-20 minutes of the tour.

Our guide ,David, was fantastic. He kept the tour at a good pace while still allowing time to see everything. He was knowledgeable and his English was easy to understand. I loved that the tour was not just about the factory but also what was happening all over Poland. I would highly recommend this tour.

After a visit to Auschwitz. this tour gave me even more information about the history. All of the questions I was curious about were answered. The guide, Michal was phenomenal. He didn't throw out too much or too little- just the right amount so that you could take it all in. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Sicuramente molto interessante, la guida è stata molto brava, tuttavia la mostra consiste in molte foto e qualche oggetto. La fabbrica non è visitabile e i macchinari non ci sono più. Spazi angusti e gruppi troppo numerosi. Si potrebbe fare di meglio .

La guía fue súper amable y nos acompañó durante todo el recorrido por el museo, aportando además su propia experiencia y perspectiva como polaca. Eso hizo que la visita fuera mucho más cercana, emocionante e interesante. Como punto a mejorar, esperaba que la visita estuviera más enfocada en la fábrica de Oskar Schindler, su papel durante la guerra, lo que ocurrió con sus trabajadores y las acciones que llevó adelante para protegerlos. Sin embargo, al menos durante nuestra visita, el museo pone mucho más énfasis en el contexto general de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y en los acontecimientos que tuvieron lugar en Cracovia durante ese período. En general, fue una visita muy interesante y, gracias a la guía y a sus explicaciones, también muy emotiva. Simplemente creo que es importante tener en cuenta que el foco del museo es más amplio que la historia de Schindler y su fábrica.
