Fue una experiencia inolvidable, no es una excursión "bonita", pero si necesaria, debemos de ser conscientes de lo que pasó y nunca olvidarlo. Agradezco la organización y la atención brindada por headout y Cracow visit. Tal y como solicité, recogida y devolución en hotel. El conductor Lucas estupendo!!, el guía muy bueno, y nos contó todo con mucha dedicación y detalle. Cuando llegué al piso me derrumbé y lloré sólo de recordar las cosas, pero estoy muy agradecida de haber podido vivir esta experiencia.

Dividiamo l'esperienza in due aspetti. Organizzativamente tutto davvero bene, sia i tempi che la logistica. L'accompagnatore Michele è stato gentilissimo e sempre attento alle necessità di tutti. La guida era preparata e parlava un ottimo italiano, anche lei semre cortese e gentile. La visita ai campi di Auschwitz Birkenau è un'esperienza che bisogna fare, nessun film o documentario possono sostituire quello che abbiamo visto di persona e toccato con mano

Despite our booked time being changed, which meant that we had to see the last part of Birkenau at dusk, it was a fantastic tour. The guide was truly excellent at telling the story and was by no means just reading from a script. He spoke English very well and was easy to understand throughout. The pickup and bus journey were also very well organized and worked perfectly.

Absolutely amazing experience. Guide Kacper made it even more special. It would be bad to say we had fun as this is definately not an experience to laugh about and enjoy but it was definately one of a kind, unbelievable at times but with a help of Kacper felt real and powerfull.Thank you

The whole tour ran smoothly from start to finish. Just one little complaint. The morning starting time was put back till the afternoon, which meant it was getting dark as we were getting g to the end of the Birkenau camp. But all in all the tour itself was what I was hoping for

Todo muy bien, el guía conocía muy bien la historia, nos recogieron a la hora programada. Fueron muy puntuales. Aunque eso sí, nos retrasaron la hora de salida 2:40 horas y no pudimos hacer nada, lo que nos obligó a reestructurar todo nuestro plan de viaje

The tour guide was great, very informative and respectful towards the memory of the victims. The company however "SeeKrakow" were a little disorganized, they did not pick me up at the hotel as promised and mentioned that they have informed me, but didn't. On the way back, I was inside the bus already and some rude lady called me on my phone saying that "the group is waiting for you already 30 minutes, where are you?". Other than that, it's an amazing experience.

Muy impresionado y demasiado el sitio y tan enorme, merece la pena verlo y ser respetuoso y honrar la memoria de los miles y miles de exterminados por el holocausto, aconsejaría que vayáis a verlo.
