Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau was a deeply moving and unforgettable experience. Our guide was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained the history clearly and sensitively. Walking through the camp was emotionally difficult, but it gave us a much deeper understanding of the Holocaust and the importance of remembering its victims. The tour was very well organized and conducted with the dignity this place deserves. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in history—it is not an easy visit, but it is an important and meaningful one.

I enjoyed the tour overall, especially because the tour guides were exceptional. However, the downside was the hotel transfer service. I specifically paid for hotel transfers, so I expected to be picked up and dropped off directly at my hotel. Instead, I was required to walk to a meeting point for pickup and was dropped off at an even farther meeting point afterward, which meant having to walk back to the hotel. In my understanding, paying for hotel transfers should mean pickup and drop-off at the hotel, rather than having to walk to and from designated meeting points. This was disappointing and should be made clearer to customers when booking.

The guide Karol was fabulous, but could have been approachable for more questions. It didn't take from the experience though. The driver was fabulous and kept everyone on time. The bus was on time. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Plenty chances to snack. I wish this was never a museum/memorial people need to visit, but as a memorial it was done so well. You can read all you want, it doesn't compare to standing where they stood and I have come away with some inward reviewing.

Il tour è stato ottimo, a partire da Diego come guida che è stato completo. Abbiamo anche preso la lunchbox che ci ha saziato come pranzo. Purtroppo l'organizzazione all'interno di Auschwitz (non dovuta da loro) stringe completamente i tempi e si vede che il team che ci ha fatto da tour vorrebbe anche dedicarci più tempi e soprattutto momenti per riflettere.

De gids had goede kennis van zaken en wist goed het verhaal over te brengen. Op de juiste plekken ook vragen om respectvolle stilte vanwege de heftige gebeurtenissen op die plekken. Let wel op dat de vertrektijd stevig kan wijzigen. We hadden aangemeld voor de groep vsn 10:00 en zaten om 5:45 al in de bus. Een stuk vroeger dus dan gepland.

tutto perfetto come descritto nell' email. Minibus molto bello e molto preciso nell' orario. A bordo guida in inglese come specificato che ci ha accompagnato fino ad Auschwitz dove siamo stati presi da guida Italiana. Sempre disponibile la guida per ogni nostra richiesta. Anche il ritorno è stato perfetto.

Todo muy bien explicado y desplazamientos incluidos rapidez para la entrada y todo bien organizado. Lo único malo por poner algo es que 2 días antes nos avisaron que nos cambiaban la reserva de las 9:00de la mañana a las 5 de la mañana. El madrugón fue más duro pero muy recomendable con esta empresa.
