Put 5 starrs by accident and could not change. Our driver could not communicate in English and nobody had a clue of the timeline of the day. Suggesting to create an audio message to be played for your paying guests to let them know what to expect during the daily itinerary.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! After reading other reviews I was a bit concerned, but the day was planned perfectly. We were sent a WhatsApp message a couple of days before with information, and again the day before the trip. Our collection from the hotel was arranged for 8:10am and was greeted by the lovely Kuba by 08:06am. He explained everything we needed to know and gave us alot of useful information about both the trip and Krakow itself. The minibus was comfortable and clean. Our first stop was the Salt mines. We went straight to the front of the queue and was in there within 10 mins. Amazing place and great tour guide provided. Next stop, Auschwitz. This was about 1hr 20 mins away. We were given a 15 minute break when we arrived and then straight in with no problems. A very harrowing, educational place. We were there for around 1.5hrs and was provided again with a great tour guide to show us around. We then got back on minibus and was taken around 5 mins away to Birkenau where we stayed for about an hour with the same tour guide as in Auschwitz. After the trip we were taken back to where you wanted to get dropped off (hotel/centre etc) I would highly recommend this trip and highly recommend this company! :)

It was one of the most amazing tours. Kasia made sure all went well and the expert tour leaders at Auschwitz and the Salt Mines did a fantastic job. Very informative throughout. Definitely go for this combined tour.

The experience was truly unforgettable—an absolute highlight. Our tour guide was kind, knowledgeable, and always eager to help, making the journey even more enjoyable. While his accent was occasionally a bit challenging to follow, it in no way took away from the overall experience, which was entirely worthwhile. Just be prepared for plenty of walking—but every step is part of the adventure!

The visit to Auschwitz was truly unforgettable. Jakub was an outstanding guide, always attentive to the group and explaining everything with great respect and knowledge.
