I enjoyed the entire tour, but especially appreciated hearing personal stories and learning more about Schindler and others who helped save Jews from the camps. My tour guide, Joanna, was fantastic. She was personable and made sure everyone in the group was included. She even told some stories about her grandparents during the war. Her walking tour of the Jewish ghetto was excellent. She went above and beyond!

Michael's tour was outstanding yesterday. Many people will probably turn up expecting to hear a dramatic and sugary re-telling of the Schindler’s List plot. Instead, Michael skilfully explains a more complex story of Kraków’s modern history, and along the way points out some of the differences in Spielberg’s film to other historic records. The museum holds a huge amount of information and the tour brings to life its key points and treasures. Michael’s tour ends with a walk around the former Jewish ghetto, where he saves an interesting real-life plot twist for the end.

Our guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and interesting. My father in law has a few health issues and our guide kindly took that into consideration, we also done the ghetto tour and again it was interesting and we saw a lot of the area. At the start of the tour we wasn't quite sure who our guide was and a few people were confused as there was very little information on the tickets but once we found our guide it was a very worthwhile tour

I was unsure of the website at first because I'd never used it before but we arrived and the tour guide was there waiting for us. Very insightful to the factory and WWII and how Poland was taken over by Germans and USSR. Then took us to the Jewish ghetto which was very interesting and lots of cool facts along the way and ended at the chair memorial and was able to tell us cool facts about positioning and theory behind it. Would go again

A fascinating tour of the museum which gave us an informed perspective on what occurred in Poland before and during the Nazi occupation. The museum is well laid out, with lots of contextual information, as well as the details of the so-called Schindler's Lists. We also joined the following guided walk of the Jewish Quarter, and that was an excellent way to understand the horrors perpetuated on the many by the few. Very worthwhile.

Joanna était très souriante et sympathique et maîtrisait bien son sujet. Elle nous a donné juste assez d'éléments pour bien comprendre le contenu de l'exposition. La visite du ghetto était aussi très intéressante. Joanna a réussi à nous transmettre beaucoup d'information de manière claire et condensée tout le long de la visite. The factory museum was well laid out and the history about the war (aside from Schindler) was good. Could have been a lot more information (bio) on Schindler himself. The ghetto tour was not so interesting (not horrible though). Our guide repeatedly called people twice her age her children, which is a little disrespectful in western democracies. She did not seem very wordly and had to corral everyone through the streets which is stressful. We were admonished multiple times for stepping in the street like she did. Not really worth the fuss in my opinion. No one asked any questions on the tour. We had gone on the Salt Mine tour and the guide there was impeccable. That tour was 5 stars all the way.
