Great tour—the audio guide is excellent and very easy to use. The information provided is very interesting. We chose the 10 a.m. time slot, and I highly recommend it—we were able to explore at a leisurely pace. By the end of our tour, there was a huge crowd waiting in line at the entrance, and it was hot.

Everything worked perfectly. Buying tickets in advance with Headout saved us a lot of time waiting in line. The tickets arrived on time and the audio guide was very helpful for a complete visit (because without the audio guide it's difficult to find your way around). The after-sales service is also very good because, when I needed to contact them to resolve a question, they promptly responded and solved my problem. And the Palace of Knossos is a must-see; a thrilling dive into history.

The site is very large; despite the directions in a few sections, we quickly got lost in the various parts of the palace. There are very few landmarks on site, so there isn’t enough geographical information. Also, be aware that the translation is a bit poor—some sentences didn’t make any sense.
