Staff were very helpful, friendly and supportive. Not being as physically able, I was very well looked after and I really do appreciate that. I brought my son and his friend here and we all absolutely loved it, honestly the whole experience was breathtaking. They are going to be doing ancient civilisation at college so this was brilliant for them to see. I was disappointed that we paid to have the audio guide in Italian, and not only was it hostile to have the staff explain to us how to download the app (few spoke English) but in the end we heard no audio guide in our home language.
