Main Entrance
The main entrance to Bird Paradise is located near the Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s visitor center. It is accessible for all visitors, including those with mobility issues, as it is equipped with ramps and elevators. The entrance leads directly to the park’s main path, making it easy for visitors to start exploring.
First aid rooms are available at the park entrance and Egg Splash for any medical emergencies or needs.
Nursing rooms are located outside the Bird Paradise entrance (near the Retail Shop), near Guest Services, Penguin Cove Level 1, Food Central, and Egg Splash for the convenience of visitors with infants.
Rental lockers are available for you to store belongings securely during your visit.
Bird Paradise is wheelchair accessible. The park features ramps and elevators to ensure that anyone with mobility challenges can explore the park comfortably.
Strollers are allowed in Bird Paradise. The park’s paths are stroller-friendly, making it easy for anyone with children to navigate the park.
