The experience is good and the Stadium is incredible. Five stars Stadium for us. Tour inside the Stadium is very nice, and you can visit the main important areas of it. The only negative point is that the audioguide is not available in Spanish, although the club's website indicates that it is available when you buy tickets. For us this was a major inconvenience as well as seeming to be a deception since the website indicates that it is available.Thomas

The stadium itself is very nice. We were able to see the changing rooms, the press room and the substitutes' benches, and we were able to try out the seats everywhere. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed into the VIP area or to touch the pitch. But I think that's the case everywhere. We had booked the audio tour (the cheapest). When we booked it, we were told that it was also available in German. Unfortunately, when we were there, only English and Dutch were available. No problem for us adults. The kids were very disappointed at first. It would have been better if this had been stated in the booking from the start. Then we could have prepared the kids for it. The English audio was very easy to understand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Like almost nowhere else in the Netherlands, there are no discounts for families.Jose
