There was a seamless check in. The staff were welcoming& friendly. They guided me through the journey with adequate information like the path, time to get up with the elevator. I appreciate simple gestures. I've visited the edge twice. This time in the winter they informed me of the conditions but I went ahead because they were kind enough to inform me.

My experience was amazing. On the day that I chose to go to the Edge observatory, it was very windy and the terrace was closed. They offered me the option to exchange my tickets for the following day, at no extra cost, and I was able to see the sunset there. It was incredible!

It was more than amazing. I loved the view from there. I could see most of the city from the height. It's wonderful for taking photos. Inside, there were also some extravagant places. It was a beautiful experience that I recommend.
